The use of robotic equipment such as hammer, sheers, grinders, concrete shavers and splitters allows for work to be done in both large and small spaces with the equipment being run remotely, keeping the operator out of harms way. The robotic equipment is run on electric power so there are no fumes to be dealt with. The equipment is very compact but don't let its size fool you, these hammers are very powerful. Being compact, they can not only do work in large areas, but also in confined spaces, they can fit inside of a standard man door and can even walk themselves up a staircase. We have even used the equipment suspended from a crane to take down materials in awkward positions, with the operator work from the ground or from another crane basket.
Typically this equipment is used for large scale structure removal, slab and wall openings, paper and pulp work, steel plants, nuclear plants, refractory removal, silo and stack demolition.
